PRE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Standard Policy: No prepayment is needed.
You can cancel free of charge until 7 days of arrival. You will be charged the total amount if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable Policy: You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
You will be charged the total price of reservation if you cancel, modify or in case of no show.

Check-out time: Until 11:00 a.m

Free WiFi is available in all rooms.
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. (20 GBP per pet per night)
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY:
All children are welcome.
Free! One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
THE FINE PRINT

Please report to the property’s on-site reception to check in. Luggage can be left in the office prior to check-in and after check-out.
Please note that the person whose name is on the card used to book must be present and provide photo ID at check in. If this is not possible it will be necessary for the card holder to complete a third party form prior to check in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise guests cards upon arrival in case of any damages. A minimum deposit of GBP 150 will be applied. The deposit can be taken in cash or as a pre-authorisation on card.
Please note that cots/cribs are available upon request and always subject to availability.
Please note that parties, extra guests or visitors are not allowed.
The property is no smoking throughout, including communal areas.
Kindly note that there is no lift in this property which may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
Our inhouse rules;
All guests must abide by the following rules when staying with Central Hoxton Shoreditch Apartments.
The Guest agrees to pay all rental costs and charges related to the apartment and are liable for payment of any uncollected rent or charges including damage beyond normal wear and tear or incidentals.
Central Hoxton Shoreditch reserves the right to pre authorise a security deposit of at least 150 GBP on your chip and PIN credit/debit card upon arrival.Please note that no money is transferred at that time and the pre authorisation is used to cover incidental items including but not limited to breaches in terms, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
You will be asked to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. This is carried out as part of our security check, in the interests of all parties to protect our propertys and guests against fraud.
Central Hoxton Shoreditch operates a strict no smoking, no-party and no-gathering policy.
Guests must show respect to other guests at all times by not causing disturbance or making excessive noise.
Guests must not exceed the maximum amount of persons in their room as per their booking. The booker is responsible for the behaviour and actions of anyone staying in their room.
Central Hoxton shoreditch will not accept any responsibility for personal injury, damages or loss of property.
If any of the above rules have been breached then the offending guests may be evicted from the premises and no refund may be given in terms of room cost, addtional charges due to breaking in house rules and deposit payment.
